Hi, call me DRAGON! I am a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. I have devoted a lot of my life to Karate training. As a competitor of this discipline, I won the World Champion title. The greatest pleasure, however, was to stand on the other side - as a coach. In the meantime, CrossFit appeared and this discipline and I now devote my attention to you. I also have extensive experience in training children and teenagers. Therefore, I created an original program of CrossFit FAMILY classes in #Dirty12. What is it about? Come to training with your child and you will see. :) See you. OSS!
